Rental Frequently Asked Questions

Reservations

Items must be paid for to be reserved. We require a 50% deposit on all items at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the reservation date.

Delivery: Fees & Policies

Delivery fees vary depending on location of the venue. There will be additional charges for before and after hour deliveries and pickups. Standard delivery fees include drop off at the lowest level of the building/structure. Certain job sites require labor intensive load in/out (including elevators and stairs) and these logistical details must be arranged prior to your event. Failure to provide accurate details regarding delivery location and terrain could result in additional fees. Please be specific about the delivery details of your location prior to making the reservation.

Set-up: Fees & Policies

Set-up on items is an additional fee. If we do not set up for you at your venue, we do ask that all items are broken down and ready to go at the time of pickup. Fees for set-up vary from item to item, tables, chairs, etc.

Pick-Up Rental Requirements

Rentals must be picked up in a secure vehicle. A valid driver’s license for the driver, a credit card and ID from the card holder must be on file. Items must be returned on your due date to avoid additional charges. Any items missing upon the return will be charged a replacement fee. Rentals must be picked up in a full size pickup with tailgate, SUV, or minivan. Customers are responsible for tying down items and must supply their own materials to do so. If it is not possible to pickup items in the transportation you have provided, we can schedule a last minute delivery. All delivery ¬†fees will apply. We will do our best to accommodate you, but there are no guarantees.

Damaged/missing items

Renter assumes full responsibilty of item upon possession and agrees to pay full replacement cost for lost or damaged items.

Pricing Policies

Rental prices are subject to change without notice. Price quotes are valid for 14 days. Orders with special pricing must be booked by the date specified.

Cancellations

Please be aware that once the contract is signed and your event date scheduled, all other clients have been refused your specific rentals and services for your event date, and thus all payments are non-refundable. If you must cancel and reschedule, we can reschedule your items as long as they are available for your newly specified date.
